In memory of John Swan,
Former Pupil.

John Swan served with 113 Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve in WWII and lost his life on 28th of September 1941 when his plane a Bristol Blenheim Mk4, T1821, went missing and all believed killed. The aircraft was lost at sea, on operational flight over Pantelleria Island, Italy.
